At Otranto three days reserved to typical Apulian gastronomy with folk music of Salento. Between the streets and the long sea of this inviting village an interesting taste itinerary will take place. There will be many booths of typical products of Puglia such as wine, beer, extra virgin olive oil, tomato passata, preserves, hooney, cured meat and cheeses, taralli and local pasta. During the kermesse a showcooking of chef Ivan Tronci will take place and other musicians performances.
